Shipping Policy
Last updated: June 28, 2026. Wogoods currently accepts and ships orders within the United States.
Shipping rates
- Orders under $59: $5.99 standard shipping.
- Orders of $59 or more: free standard shipping.
The free-shipping threshold is calculated after discounts and before payment is submitted. The applicable shipping method and final order total are shown at checkout.
Processing and estimated delivery
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Standard delivery is estimated at 10-20 business days after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, address issues, or periods of high order volume.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take a short time to update after the shipping label is created.
Shipping address
Please review your name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, and ZIP code before placing your order. If you notice an error, email support@wogoods.net as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters processing.
Delayed, lost, or delivered orders
If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your order appears lost, contact support@wogoods.net with your order number. If a carrier marks an order delivered but you cannot locate it, check the delivery area and contact the carrier first, then contact us if you still need help.
